Late Policy

A 5-minute grace period is given after the original appointment time. After 5 minutes the appointment may be canceled or marked as a no-show unless you have contacted me prior to service. Please notify me if you know you will be late and we will plan accordingly.

Cancellations

You are given a 48 and 24-hour appointment confirmation notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so within that period. Last-minute cancelations will be treated as a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the original service price. 

No-shows

Please respect my time and the time of others. No-shows not only mean that I don’t get paid, but it also means you are taking time from a loyal client who could’ve taken that appointment time. No-shows will be charged 50% of the total service price and will not be able to book again until the service is paid for.
